Delivery Information

Delivery service is limited to local delivery, overseas delivery is currently not available. 

Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated outlying island areas including Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Mui Wo,  Ngong Ping and Tai O. 

However, the following outlying island areas are currently out of our service coverage area: Cheung Chau, Po Lin Monastery, Shek Pik, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau and Hong Kong International Airport.

In order to take into account the needs of customers from different regions, HKTVmall delivery service has been expanded to South Lantau, Tai Wo and Kam Tin area from February 2021. Customers can collect their orders at designated delivery locations.
 

Our delivery service does not cover locations that are not directly accessible by courier trucks or floors that are not directly accessible by elevators. Thus, most of the village houses are not covered by our delivery service. 

If the elevator fails to operate at the time of delivery, we will arrange another date for delivery again.

We will regularly review and actively expand the scope of delivery, hoping to let more customers enjoy our delivery service.


Merchant Delivery

For Merchant Delivery items, the merchant will contact you for the delivery arrangement after the order is confirmed and will deliver the items to you directly. 

Please be reminded that merchant delivery service may not cover remote areas (such as Ma Wan, Mui Wo and Kam Tin), or additional charges may be applied for delivery services to remote areas.
